Tim and Linda's Home Page
The view of Tim and Linda's farm
Our home is nestled on the side of Nell's Hill, in a small valley, not
too far away from Ski Roundtop (our local ski resort) in Dillsburg,
Pennsylvania.
Although we are not officially in the mountains of Pennsylvania, it
sure feels like it to us. We've lived here since 1995 and really enjoy
the farm.
But, the snow can get pretty deep here
(40 inches in one snowfall!)
We have a bountiful
deer population,
as well as numerous foxes and a couple of bobcats.
We share our home with:
- 1 dog, Moppet, a Bearded Collie. (Click
here for thumbnails instead of full pictures)
(Sebastian [thumbnails]
has gone to live with my niece and nephew in Kansas City --his original
parents!)
[We lost our two German Shephard cross dogs (Jake to cancer in 1998 and JJ to
epilepsy in 1999). We still have some photos of "The Boys".]
- 3 house cats (pictures of the newest cat, Elsie, can be found in full here and in thumbnail version here)and 2 barn cats
(ok, so they sort of live in the garage...) (click here for thumbnails of the house cats)
- Our three horses , Ellie, Dusty, and Annie
(click here for thumbnails) Pictures of
Annie, our new Mountain horse, will be coming in July 2007.
- And a multitude of feathered friends
We moved to Pennsylvania with
4 beautiful Tennessee Walking Horse mares, but we have since lost three of them.
Here is a memorial photo page dedicated to
Brandy, Missy and Shelby (click here

We both like to fish. We have gone to Minnesota multiple times to fish,
Minor Bay Lodge in Saskatchewan, Canada, and lately Alaska, fishing with
Midnight Sun Trophy Pike Adventures.
- Minnesota fishing (where Tim caught a really
nice muskie!) [click here for thumbnails that
will load more quickly]
- Photos from our Canadian trips
(here you will find some photos of 45, 46 and even 47 inch northern
pike) [ thumbnails]
- Photos from our Alaskan trips We fish with
Midnight Sun Trophy Pike Adventures. The Midnight Sun is a houseboat.
You fly to the houseboat and live on it for the entire fishing period.
You are taken out in smaller boats during the day. This is a great
pike fishing adventure! And if you want to fly fish for pike, it's
great! This is all catch and release. Our largest fish so far: Tim:
several 48 inch northerns on flyrod (8wt); Linda: a 48 inch on a
baitcaster, a 43 inch on a 7wt fly rod and a 44 inch on a 9wt fly rod.

- Fishing in our pond, including a 12 3/4 inch
bluegill [thumbnails]
- Misc. fish photos from Chesapeake Bay, the
Yellow Breeches, and other PA locations [

Here are some photos of our farm and Tim's folks' farm, including sunsets,
winter scenes, beautiful fall foliage and some misc. shots.
We enjoy the outdoors and even attempted a rafting trip...once.
See for yourself.
